Therapeutic Services Cheshire

Therapy that helps you understand yourself, ease the overwhelm, and create lasting change.

A Space to Feel Understood

Life doesn’t come with a manual, and sometimes the way we process the world makes everyday challenges feel heavier. Whether you’re living with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, or simply feeling out of alignment, therapy can give you the space to pause, breathe, and begin again.

At GB Therapy, sessions are designed to help you:

  • Untangle racing thoughts and find calm

  • Rebuild self-trust and confidence

  • Understand the “why” behind your emotions

  • Develop healthy boundaries and coping tools

  • Feel more grounded, balanced, and in control

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. You just need to be willing to explore what’s been getting in the way and we’ll do the rest together.

My Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative, person-centred approach, which means your sessions are completely tailored to you.

We’ll move at your pace, combining empathy with evidence-based methods drawn from:

Person-centred Therapy

A collaborative, non-judgemental space where you can lead the process and feel heard.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques

Practical tools to manage anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and unhelpful patterns.

Understanding how your brain, body, and nervous system work so you can recognise triggers and respond differently.

Self-Compassion & Values-Based Work

Learning to meet yourself with kindness while creating a life aligned with what truly matters to you.

Who I Work With

I support adults across the UK, both online and in person, who are navigating:

  • Generalised anxiety, panic, or worry

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism

  • Overwhelm, burnout, or perfectionism

  • Adjustment after life changes or trauma

  • ADHD, autism, or traits of neurodivergence

  • Emotional dysregulation and masking fatigue

If you often feel misunderstood or out of step with others, this space was created with you in mind.

I understand how it feels to work hard at keeping it together while quietly struggling inside, and therapy can help you soften that load.

What To Expect From Sessions

Our work together begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll talk about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to gain from therapy. It’s a relaxed, confidential conversation to make sure you feel comfortable and supported.

During ongoing sessions, you can expect:

A calm, accepting space

Online or face to face

You set the pace and focus

Tools you can use between sessions

A collaborative process
Practical insights
